Returns and Refunds Policy:

Non Personalised Apparels: We do No Questions Asked Exchanges or Replacement for size issues or any other if you let us know within 3 days of receiving the product. The product being exchanged should be un-used with all tags still intact. The product can be exchanged with any other product on website of same value. Such returns are offered one time Free exchange. Please raise request by this link: https://theoriginalknit.com/apps/quickreturns

Personalised : Any products that are personalised with custom name/phrases are not returnable or exchangeable for any reasons.

Book Covers: We exchange for workmanship issues only for un-used and tags-still-on products only within 2-3 days of receiving by you.

DIY Kits: We replace for missing items or wrong delivered products.

Yarns and Needles: No exchange No Refunds as we deliver third party Branded and reputed products only. Any warranty requests should be taken up with manufacturer.

Refund Policy:
Refunds, if any, will be made to the original payment source, card or upi or wallet, within 3-5 working days. Refunds can be made to Wallets if the original payment was also made by the same wallet. The period of 3-5 days is taken by the Payment Gateway and the Bank, not us.

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, most importantly Retail Tags with Barcodes, including the retail box, tags and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery will be denied a replacement.

All international customers are responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes. Customs, duties, and taxes that vary widely from country to country and from time to time. Please check your local tax and duty laws! Refusing to pay duties will not return your package to The Original Knit India, and no refunds will be issued. Please be familiar with the duties your country levies on imports because we have no control over those amounts and will not be held liable.
